I really loved the location right by the Rhine. The view from my room was stunning, and walking along the river felt safe and pleasant. The breakfast buffet blew me away with its variety. freshly baked pastries and organic juices made mornings special. The indoor pool was a refreshing escape after exploring. However, I ran into issues with noise from the bar below my room, which made it hard to sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed during busy times, affecting service consistency. Room temperature control was tricky. I had to open windows at night to cool down, which wasn’t ideal in winter. Parking was a bit of a hassle too, with limited availability and high fees. Despite drawbacks, the ambiance and culinary offerings were mainly fantastic, especially the friendly service from the restaurant staff. I appreciated the relaxing lounge vibe as well.

i had a fantastic stay at the hyatt regency! the hotel is beautifully situated right by the river, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with a wide range of delicious options. i also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The spacious king room with a stunning river view made for a cozy retreat. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with complimentary extra towels when requested. Don't miss the delicious chocolate cheesecake at the lobby bar—a must-try!

I had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel! The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection, and the spa area was a perfect retreat after a long day. Plus, the room view of the Rhine was simply breathtaking!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with large windows giving a beautiful view of the Rhine. The shower was modern, and overall it felt quite relaxing. I did notice the beds were a bit firm for my taste. Also, there weren't enough power outlets to charge all my devices easily, which was a little annoying.

The Hyatt Regency provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The General Manager greeted us personally, and the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Dining experiences were outstanding, particularly the fresh and delicious meals offered in the restaurant. The accommodations were comfortable, making for an enjoyable work trip, and I also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise from the staff.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick stop in Mainz with very good value for money. The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed. Make sure to check out the food options. the asparagus dishes were fantastic during our stay.
